Update on Work of Development Guidelines Task Force
The Development Guidelines Task Force of AGAI has been hard at work developing templates for members to use when working and negotiating with developments that impact their infrastructure. This work of the task force is ongoing and the Task Force welcomes any input and assistance. Please reach out to an AGAI Board member or attend an AGAI Board meeting so that you can have the most recent information.
There are a number of ditches that have developed “encroachment permits” to assist them and provide certainty and continuity along their system. There are two examples here that you can use as a starting point for work within your own conveyance system.
